At Immortal Influence, we strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
However, we understand there may be circumstances where our clients are unsatisfied with our service or where they need to cancel their contract. To address these situations, we have developed the following refund policy.
Non-Refundable Services:
All services rendered by Immortal Influence are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, the setup fee, monthly service fees, ad spend, management fee, creative fees, and any other associated costs.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your contract with us at any time. However, you are responsible for the full amount of the agreed upon contract, regardless of whether you receive full service.
Refund Requests:
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of the contract start date.
Refund Evaluation:
We will undertake a detailed evaluation of your case upon receiving a refund request. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that we failed to deliver as per the contract, a refund may be issued.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount, if any, will be determined by the amount of work completed at the time of the refund request. This will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:
Third Party Expenses:
We are not responsible for any third-party costs you may incur. These are non-refundable, even if you are eligible for a refund from us.
Violation of Terms:
If your contract is canceled due to a violation of our terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund.
The Customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payments for services rendered.
In the event that a customer files a chargeback or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and will be subject to collection, and the Customer agrees to pay all attorney and collection fees.
This Agreement shall be construed with and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Florida.
This policy is part of our terms and conditions and by hiring Immortal Influence for digital marketing services, you are agreeing to this refund policy.
